The work
Rabbit Review Manager
Review management for local businesses, built to earn trust rather than collect stars.
Why it exists
Across two decades of building sites and brands for other people, one thing kept showing up. Reviews mattered more than almost anyone was accounting for.
A business could have a good website, real advertising behind it and a genuine commitment to looking after its customers, and still lose the sale because its reviews were thin, stale, unanswered or simply ignored. The reverse held just as reliably: a steady run of honest reviews gave people the confidence to take the next step, often with nothing else having changed.
That is a marketing problem wearing a software costume, which is a fair description of what this shop is for.
What we decided
Ask while the experience is still warm
Requests go out over email, SMS and WhatsApp, because the gap between the visit and the ask predicts whether anyone follows through better than the wording of the ask ever will.
Replies should sound like the business
AI drafts the response and the owner sets the tone, the length and the rules it works inside. A fast reply that reads like a robot costs more goodwill than a slow one that reads like a person.
Collecting stars is not the job
Most review software stops at the count. This one publishes the best of them back onto the site and out to social, then tracks what that did to calls, clicks and impressions, because a review nobody sees is not doing any work.
A subscription product, and the only one here that is.
